Wiz Khalifa got the honor of throwing the first pitch before tonight’s Pittsburgh Pirates game — and he did it while in the dorm rooms.
“Fina gets stoned and throws that first pitch in the Pirates game,” the rapper tweeted before taking the mound. “Tossing a baseball is crazy.” The magic mushroom didn’t seem to have much of an effect on Khalifa’s abilities, as he was able to pass the ball through home plate – albeit a little too far out.
Message Khalifa enjoyed some snacks in the form of Cracker Jack.
It should be noted that Khalifa isn’t the first person to take the Pittsburgh Pirates’ mound under the influence. Back in 1970, Dock Ellis famously threw a no-hitter while on acid.
Earlier this month, Khalifa kicked off his “High School Reunion Tour” with Snoop Dogg, Too $hort, and Warren G. The 33-city outing runs through the end of August, and tickets can be purchased here.
