An ex-girlfriend of Jonah Hill accused the actor of being a “misogynistic narcissist” and being “emotionally abusive” during their relationship.
Earlier this weekend, professional surfer Sarah Brady posted to her Instagram story what appeared to be screenshots of texts exchanged between her and Hill, whom they dated in 2021. In one message (via the people), Hill allegedly told Brady that if she wanted to “surf with guys,” “model,” “post pictures of yourself in a bathing suit,” “post sexual pictures,” and “make friends with women in precarious places, So he is ‘not the right partner’ for her.
Brady added, “If your partner talks to you this way, come up with an exit plan.” “I also struggle with mental health issues but I don’t use it for control [people] As he did to me.” Hill has been open about his experience with persistent anxiety. Last year, he announced a documentary called Stutz who is mainly focused on his therapist.
Brady’s Instagram story continued: “If I could grant him one wish, it would be to be surrounded by feminist men who can hold him accountable for growing up in the ways he has expressed his desire to.” She concluded by saying that just because someone is an “emotionally abusive partner doesn’t mean they’re a terrible person,” but “at the same time, it doesn’t mean they’re okay.”

Hill is also directing, co-writing, and co-producing an upcoming black comedy called outcome, who will star with Keanu Reeves.
