The Legend of Zelda adapted for the big screen: report

Universal Pictures has set its sights on The Legend of Zelda as a movie adaptation of the next big video game. According to Hollywood insider Jeff Sneider, Universal is in the process of striking a deal with Nintendo and animation studio Illumination to make this happen.

“I’ve been told that Universal is, in fact, doing a ‘grand deal’ with Nintendo The Legend of ZeldaSchneider said in the latest episode of Hot Mike Podcast. “zelda It looks like the next big Illumination-Nintendo franchise, which we’ve all been anticipating. I was told this is happening.”
