The Queen of Rock and Roll, Tina Turner, passed away on May 24 at the age of 83. And fellow musicians and fans alike took to social media to pour out tribute posts, mourning the once-in-a-lifetime performer.

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan described Turner was “legendary”, while former teammate Bryan Adams was subscriber Condolences with a photo of the two together: “I will be forever grateful for the time we spent together on tour, in the studio and as friends,” Adams wrote. “Thank you for inspiring millions of people around the world to speak your truth and for giving us the gift of your voice. It’s only love and that’s it.”
Kid Cudi named Turner “the ultimate superhero”, while Bethany Cosentino of Best Coast Favor Her “as proof that you should always keep going. Never give up.”
