Black Pink Rose at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival: K-pop girl group BLACKPINK has climbed up the ladder of success with new achievements over the years. The group takes it a step further as Rose prepares to debut at the Cannes Film Festival.
Rose took to Instagram to confirm the news that she will be attending Cannes this year. The singer will attend the film festival as a brand ambassador of the famous fashion house Yves Saint Laurent.
YG Entertainment previously revealed that Jennie will be making her Cannes debut. Jenny will appear in The Idol, which will premiere in Cannes.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK made history once again by becoming the first girl group in history to surpass 40 million followers on Spotify. In addition to surpassing 40 million Spotify subscribers, BLACKPINK joins Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Adele, Selena Gomez, and Neha Kakkar as the only female musicians in history to do so.
