In an interview with Rolling StoneIn Exclaim!, Gunn explained why the acoustic version of Radiohead’s “Creep” sets the tone for the film. Radiohead’s acoustic version of “Creep” starts off. And that’s just a different tone from the beginning than the other two films.”
Along with Radiohead, the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 The soundtrack features Florence + The Machine’s “Dog Days Are Over,” Bruce Springsteen’s “Badlands,” the heart-pounding “Crazy on You,” the Beastie Boys’ “No Sleep Till Brooklyn,” and Spacehog’s “In the Meantime” in the trailer. .
