The global travel site Big 7 Travel has ranked the most remote and beautiful places in the world, and among them there is only one Canadian – Ivvavik National Park.
Among the 50 “Most Remote and Beautiful Places in the World,” the “adventure of pristine wilderness” and “rich indigenous culture” of Yukon National Park ranks ninth.
According to the list, Albania is the most remote and beautiful place in the world, thanks to its source of fresh water and lush greenery.
After Blue Eye, Camp White Desert Whichaway in Antarctica is second, followed by Macquarie Island in Australia and Leia in Bhutan.
Furthermore, Gates of the Arctic National Park in Alaska, ranked 48th, is the only place in the United States that makes the cut.
