New Lana Del Rey album Did you know that there is a tunnel under Ocean Boulevard Available now via Interscope and Polydor Records. stream below
First announced last December, the album is Del Rey’s ninth full-length offering, and her first since she dropped two records in 2021, Chemtrails Over Country Club And blue balusters. Returning to a sound and vibe closer to her earlier work—especially in 2019 Norman Fucking Rockwell! – Did you know that there is a tunnel under Ocean Boulevard is another medium for the 37-year-old’s signature New American storytelling.
Produced by Jack Antonoff alongside Mike Hermosa, Drew Erickson, Zack Dawes, and Benji, the album features more collaborations than a typical Del Rey release. It featured the Antonoff Bleachers, Father John Misty, John Batiste, Tommy Genesis, and famed pastor Judah Smith.

in its review, a resultMarie Sirocci writes: “Ultimately, for another cohesive sound record, the thread that holds this package together is an exploration of American melancholy. No one does it better than Lana Del Rey; her combination of hyper-specific details of crossroads and names with abstract, meandering storytelling moves to the environment of the modern United States clearly, and perhaps most importantly, with a distinctive style that is hard to top.”
To support the album, Del Rey joined the lineup of numerous music festivals, such as Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Glastonbury, and Festival D’été de Québec. Her father, Rob Grant, also announced his debut album, lost at seawhich is scheduled to be presented next June and will feature his daughter.
