Taylor Swift kicks off his “Eras Tour” with a 44-song, three-hour concert: tracklist + video

Taylor Swift kicked off her long-awaited “Eras Tour” (get tickets here) with an instantly iconic 44-song, three-hour concert at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ Friday night.

Living up to the tour’s name, Swift’s setlist touched on all eras of The Caregiver, having performed on at least one track from all ten of her studio albums. Additionally, since this was Swift’s first tour in five years, the show also saw the live appearances of several songs that appeared on her latest album set, including loverAnd folkloreAnd foreverAnd midnight.

The show opened with 2019 lover By performing “Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince”, “Cruel Summer”, “The Man”, “You Need to Calm Down”, “Lover” and “The Archer”. Then, I moved to 2008 fearlesskicking off the first performance of the album’s title track in over a decade, followed by “You Belong to Me” and “Love Story”.

Although she only played one song – “Enchanted” – from 2010 talk nowperhaps to make room for the 10-minute version of the red“All Too Well,” which I played just moments later.

Towards the end of the set, Swift announced that she would be playing a different acoustic song during each show of the tour. One night from Phoenix, it means “mirror ball” from folklore.

Swift closed the show by making selections from her latest album, midnightincluding “Lavender Haze”, “Anti-Hero”, “Midnight Rain”, “Vigilante Shit”, “Bejeweled”, “Mastermind”, and finally “Karma”.

The marathon setlist was accompanied by an impressive stage production that included life-size lover A house, a huge stage, multiple costume changes, choreographed set pieces in sync with every performance, pyrotechnics, and oversized LED video screens. At one point, she appeared to dive off the stage and swim “under the water,” before reappearing on a platform to play “Lavender Haze.” At another point, it got burned lover a house.
