Billie Eilish is scarier than ever in a new teaser for her acting debut in Donald Glover’s upcoming Prime Video series, swarmpremieres Friday, March 17.
In a clip Eilish shared on Instagram, the pop star’s character appears to be questioning the show’s protagonist Dre (Dominic Fishback). During Dre’s interrogation, Eilish discovers she has a vision of red “milk” spilled on the carpet. Upon receiving confirmation that Dre “hurt someone,” Eilish said, “Very well.” A separate teaser shared by Prime Video shows Eilish asking Dre (who was apparently named Kayla) to name something she regrets.

swarmSet between 2016 and 2018, the film centers around Dre, who plays an obsessive fan of a fictional Beyoncé-based pop star. It was co-created and executive produced by Atlanta writer-producer Janine Napiers and Donald Glover, the latter of whom directed the pilot.

The cast also includes guest stars Chloe Bailey as Dre’s sister Marissa and Damson Idriss as Marissa’s boyfriend Khalid, as well as Ricky Thompson, Paris Jackson, Rory Culkin, Kiersey Clemons and Byron Powers.
All seven episodes of swarm It will premiere March 17th on Prime Video.
Although Eilish has starred in and voiced herself in several music documentaries The Simpsons short film When Billy met Lisaher guest role in swarm It marks her first fully scripted role.
