Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Bryan Warner and Marilyn Manson Records in order to move forward with her life and career, Ms. Bianco’s attorney, Jay Ellwanger, said. The terms of the settlement are unknown.
Bianco sued Manson, born Bryan Warner, and his label Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in 2021, accusing him of rape, sexual battery and human trafficking. Citing a 2011 incident, Bianco alleged that Manson “used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sex” from the actress, also describing abuse including hitting, biting, cutting, and whipping without her consent.
British actress Bianco also alleged in her lawsuit that Manson “inserted himself” into the US visa process, promising to work her in a music video and movie that never materialized. Mr. Warner was able to control Ms. Bianco by threatening to withdraw her support if she angered him. Bianco also accused the musician of making her work for free, a violation of California trafficking laws, and of locking her in a bedroom to prevent her escape.
Bianco was the first woman to file a lawsuit against Manson, but she wasn’t the first woman to accuse him of sexual assault. In response, Manson sued Wood for libel.
One of Manson’s alleged accusers, Ashley Morgan-Smithlin, saw her lawsuit dismissed after her attorney authorized them to represent them.
